I can't login with my username and password!
Firstly, please check that you are entering the correct username and password bearing in mind that my password protection system is case-sensitive. You can find your membership information in an e-mail which was sent from whichever biller you signed up with. If you no longer have this e-mail and have forgotten your password, please e-mail my support team from the e-mail address you signed up with detailing your username and full name.
If your username and password are correct, please ensure you are entering the "Secret Word" correctly in capital letters. This word has been adding to my login form to prevent automatic attempts to get inside my members area. If this is correct, please make sure that your membership hasn't expired and needs renewing. If you signed up under a 30 day or 180 day non-recurring membership, please check the date that your membership began. If you are on a recurring monthly membership please check that your credit card has not expired and if you are still having problems, please get in touch with my support team on the e-mail address at the top of this page for further assistance.
The movies won't play on my computer
If you are running a PC with Windows installed please make sure that you are running the latest version of Windows Media Player. All of my latest videos are in High Definition Windows Media format so they are quite big download sizes.
If you are running a mac, please install the latest version of Flip4Mac player which will enable you to play WMV files easily and for free. It only takes a couple of minutes to download and install to enable you to watch my movies through quicktime. If you are still having problems, please e-mail my support team who will be happy to assist you.
How do I cancel my membership?
For all recurring memberships, if you would like to cancel your membership to elishajade.com please follow the links below to the billing provider that you originally signed up with. Your membership will stay active until the end of your billing period. Non recurring memberships are cancelled automatically after the 30 or 90 day period.
